      Add and buy a stone

      1. Using the Nivoda platform, search the diamond you've seen elsewhere and want to buy on Nivoda. If the diamond is not listed on Nivoda, you can request it by clicking on ‘Make a request’ button

      2. Click ‘Add to stock & create an order’ from the 3 options.

      3. In the form that comes up, provide as much detail as possible about the diamond you are looking for and click on ‘Next’.

      4. Review the request details and click on ‘Submit’. The request has been submitted and can be reviewed under 'Requests' in the main menu.

      5. The request has now been submitted and can be reviewed under 'Requests' in the main menu. Our fulfilment team will add the order to the platform using the payment method and delivery address provided in the request. Otherwise, your default checkout options will be used.
