Change your settings

1. You can change your settings in the main menu.

   

2. If you need to update company closure dates for a holiday, and you do not want us to ship to you during this time, please go to “company settings” and scroll down to “add new” closure date.

   

    

3. Email notifications can be turned off for emails you no longer wish to receive.

   

4. Under “security” you are able to turn off the SMS one time PIN. Please note: you'll need to receive an SMS one time PIN to turn this off.

   

5. You can add and manage users under 'User management'. Please note: only the main account user will be able to remove a user or change information on their account. 

6. If you wish to set up a direct debit, go to 'Payment settings' and add the details of the account you wish to withdraw payment from each time.
