Place a hold request

  1. Find the 'hold request' button at the top of each card (screenshot below). Please note:
    - Not all suppliers will allow hold requests
    - If stones are already on hold you will not be able to place a hold request or add them to your cart

  2. Confirm the hold request . This will alert the supplier - and our team - to place the stone on hold.

  3. Once the hold request is accepted you will be updated via email. You can also check the status in the main menu under 'Holds'.

  4. From the holds screen you can see active, pending, rejected and expired holds. You can also add stones to your cart when ready to make a purchase.
