      Request stone information

      1. Find the stone you want and request the information that's missing from the listing using the button on the card (see screenshot).

      2. Requesting the missing information will open the below pop-up. Please select the information you need. You can also add a hold request if desired.

      3. Submit the request and our fulfilment team will work on providing the information and then send it to you via email. You can see a list of all requests made under 'Requests” section in the main menu.
