Start a return request

  1. Ensure the stone was ordered with a return option and is within 35 days of being delivered. 

  2. Please contact customer support with the certificate number of the stone(s) you'd like to return:

  3. Customer support will start the return process and send you label and Fedex collection if it is required. Alternatively it can be dropped off at a Fedex point. Please note: the return it must be back in our office by the 35th day after delivery.

  4. Once the stone arrives back at our office it will be quality checked by our team and then marked as received.

  5. Following quality control and acceptance of the stone you will receive a credit note within 24-48 hours.
