Track your orders

Open up your “orders” on the left hand side of the platform.

You can view your orders dashboard which will show the status of all your orders. You can filter at the top Diamonds, Gemstones or Melee & also the status breakdown or just view all. You can also search if you are looking for a particular stone.

If needed you can select the checkbox of several orders and export the data if needed to be sent to your customer. You can also search for a particular diamond in the search back next to “export” button.

If you click on “track item” it will provide information of where stone is located by origin and where its being shipped to. It will also provide a breakdown of where the order status has changed and date stamped also.
